Learn the basics of what and how a union functions, learn duties of a steward, tips for organizing your members, learn basic grievance procedures and much more This training is for new stewards and those interested in becoming a steward.

Also, learn how to represent members in pre-disciplinary meetings, facilitate new member orientation meetings, tips for organizing and communicating with your members, and much more. This training is for current stewards. Please bring your Union Steward Manual.
