Brothers and Sisters-
First, thank you for all your input that you have provided the bargaining team in preparation for negotiating a successor contract. We have heard you! The IFT Local 4407 and IFPE Local 4408 bargaining teams met on June 24th and June 25th to develop language and economic proposals for bargaining.
We will be meeting with management on July 8th, July 9th and July 23rd. Your bargaining team is fully prepared!
This is the first bargaining update that you will be receiving. We need membership support throughout this process.
Please wear your UNION t-shirt or royal blue if you don’t have a t-shirt on July 8th to display our solidarity.
